Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were beautiful, offering a wonderful view, and surprisingly affordable for Tokyo standards. However, they did seem a bit dated compared to the lavish lobby and especially the bathrooms. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly helpful, polite, and accommodating, even when dealing with my limited Japanese. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area of Tokyo near the iconic Tokyo Tower, Shiba Park, and the historic Zojoji Temple. It was so convenient that we could walk back from Tokyo Tower twice in one night. The dining experience was fantastic, with an amazing view of Tokyo Tower in the background and a diverse selection of tasty dishes. However, the self-service food options were a bit lacking. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel's rooms, while somewhat outdated with a few scuff marks, were spacious, well-equipped, and had a mini fridge we stocked from the Lawson market on the Basement level. The service was excellent, with kind and helpful staff who spoke multiple languages. The location, though a bit remote from public transit, is great for business trips near various lines. Dining offered a variety of choices in a beautiful hall, including a good free breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is perfectly situated close to the metro, which is convenient for exploring the city. Although the room was small, it cleverly separated the sleeping area from the rest, offering a quiet and comfortable stay for three guests. The service was accommodating and friendly, particularly helping with airport transfers. The location is peaceful within a large compound and near iconic Tokyo Tower. The dining options may be a bit pricey, but the quality is notable, offering some additional dishes at an extra cost.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although dated, were well-maintained, clean, and quite spacious, and the service was excellent and extremely courteous. The location was great, close to Tokyo Tower, and the dining experience was good with a great selection available. The facilities provided were satisfactory, enhancing my stay.
The hotel is ideally located adjacent to Shiba Park and the historic Zojoji Temple, offering a nice neighborhood setting in Tokyo. While the rooms are beautiful with fantastic views of Tokyo Tower, they could be slightly larger. The service is excellent, with thoughtful gestures like providing kid's toothbrushes and slippers, though there were moments of passive-aggressive communication. The location is convenient, close to many subway stations, but a bit far from the nearest station for easy walking. Dining options around the hotel are great for solo adventures like heading to the fish market for breakfast, but on-site facilities like barbecue are limited.
The hotel offers elegant and well-equipped rooms, but some noise from neighboring rooms can be a drawback. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, with a slight delay in finding our booking. The location is excellent for accessing Tokyo's attractions, though it could use some modernizing. The dining options are a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine, with room for improvement in the breakfast selection.
The hotel had reasonably spacious and clean rooms, equipped with amenities, making for a comfortable stay. The service was very polite and helpful, with a fantastic location near the train station, although there were some indifferent staff. The dining options were diverse but pricey, catering to different tastes. The location was ideal, close to various restaurants and the iconic Tokyo Tower, but the dining prices were a bit high. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood in a densely populated city, next to Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple. The rooms are good but just beginning to get a touch tired at the edges, with an internal door that helps eliminate noise from the hallway. The service was mixed, from a warm welcome note for our honeymoon to some staff being less attentive. The location is fantastic for leisure walks to nearby attractions, though the in-house dining can be pricey.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic, close to Tokyo Tower and with easy access to train stations and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, but a bit on the dark side. The service was exceptional, with a thoughtful honeymoon surprise in the room, although there was a slight hiccup with our booking. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of Western and Japanese dishes with a stunning view of Tokyo Tower. The facilities were modern and enjoyable, making my stay truly memorable.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. I enjoyed the spacious Princess Suite with a view of the tower, though I noticed some elements starting to show wear. The service was top-notch, with thoughtful touches for my daughter and attentive staff, but I did encounter some minor issues with locating our booking. The location next to Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple was fantastic, although the surrounding park could use clearer pathways. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, and the facilities were well-maintained.
